Your equipment purchased from Cazenovia Equipment Company comes with the support of a family owned business.   Cazenovia Equipment Company was founded in 1961 by Larry Love.  The business originally served the farm community in the greater Cazenovia area.  In 1975 Larry's son-in-law, Bob Frazee joined the business, and it has remained in the family for nearly 50 years, with two of Bob's sons, Mike and Jim joining the company in 2003.

     Cazenovia Equipment Company first expanded in 1988 with a second location in Chittenango, and throughout the years we have continued to grow and currently have eleven locations serving central and northern New York.   As our business has grown, our family of employees has grown as well, and all of our employees are here to help you make the best choice for your equipment needs, and to support you and your equipment after the sale with outstanding product, parts and service support .  While our roots are in agriculture, we have also expanded our family of customers to include homeowners, large property owners, landscapers, commercial lawn care companies, golf courses, schools and municipalities, and we are proud to be able to include all these different types of customers as part of our family.

An experienced Parts Support Team is ready to serve you right in your community.  Because we have eleven retail locations in the region, we can quickly locate parts at other locations and bring it them to the store where you purchased your unit or mail it to your home.    We get daily deliveries from the John Deere warehouse and our team will do its best to locate the part you need and put it in your hands as soon as possible.

After Hours Parts Support

A network of eleven Service Departments brings one value to the table; a large pool of experience and knowledge.  Our John Deere trained Service Technicians can tap on other team members to discuss and solve most challenges.  We have a state-of-the-art computer technical support network through John Deere to identify issues and find solutions.  We service all brands so if you have another unit that is not a John Deere, you can count on us to manage all your service needs under one roof.

At Home Service

Our Ready-To-Mow program comes right to your home with a Service Truck equipped with the tools, parts and resources needed to perform basic maintenance and repairs to your unit.  This service is made affordable by combining multiple calls within a region to lower the cost to our customers.  The Ready-To-Mow program is excellent for customers who wish to maintain their unit but don't have the transport equipment to bring the unit to our shop.  Protecting your investment with scheduled maintenance and timely repairs is now convenient.
