Cazenovia Equipment Company has been in business for almost 50 years.  We have learned that service support is almost as good as the brand.  For this reason, we invest in the education and coaching of our Service Technicians.  Through John Deere University we receive continued education and the latest information to keep your equipment is top shape.

However, the relationship is what we treasure and value the most.  We want to be your partner in keeping your John Deere equipment in top shape.  With a pool of technicians at our multiple locations, we have strength of knowledge to troubleshoot and repair your equipment.  Our team members collaborate to get answers to your equipment performance problems.  We are a solid team of professionals ready to help you get the work done.

We offer customer service clinics to share knowledge and information with our customers.  Please email us if you would like to send you a notification by email about our next clinic. 

During the spring and summer we offer extended hours to support your needs.  Service Promotions are offered during the year for different equipment and seasonal needs.  Please check our page frequently as these promotions are posted right here in our Service Page.

Are you the type of person that prefers service at home? Look no further. John Deere's Ready To Mow ™ program provides standard maintenance and diagnosis of problems for any type of lawn equipment. Our factory-trained service technician will arrive at your home with a service center on wheels. Our Ready To Mow ™ technicians can even change tractor attachments for you. More extensive repair work can be done on your equipment when prearranged with your local Ready To Mow ™ dealer for an additional cost.

My Equipment is a new feature on the John Deere Agricultural Web site that allows you to easily access solutions for your equipment. An easy-to-use interface makes it simple to load your equipment information. In addition, your John Deere purchases from the last 5 years will be pre-loaded for you. After entering your machine data, you can opt-in to be notified (via e-mail or on the Web site) when new solutions and specials are published. My Equipment also provides quick access to multiple sources of information about your equipment from one location, without re-entering your machine information:
